CANCELLATION POLICY
No Shows maybe charged a 40% No Show fee. If you call to cancel or cancel online no fee will be charged. ( can only cancel online up to 24 hrs before appointments after that must call to cancel) I understand certain circumstances and will not charge the no show fee if I know of them before hand. ( last minute work trips, surgeons, ex.) If new client and you No show fee will be charged. (Not if you call N’ cancel.)
